Terms & Conditions — Lime Events “Experience Cambridge” Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   

   • Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

   • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lime Events, The Clements Hotel, or Riverside Adventures Waikato (RAW) are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
   

   • To enter, submit an event enquiry to Lime Events between 4 November 2025 and 4 December 2025 for a no-obligation quote.

   • Enquiries must relate to a corporate event planned for 2026 (e.g. conference, gala dinner, training session, or corporate function).

   • One entry per organisation.

3. Prize Details
   

   • One-night stay at The Clements Hotel, Cambridge — Deluxe Room for two including breakfast.

   • One Riverside Adventures Waikato experience of the winner’s choice (e.g. Twilight Glow Worm Kayak Tour or Waikato River Trail Cycle Tour).

   • Flight contribution of up to NZD $400 may be provided for winners travelling from outside the Waikato region.

   • Prize must be redeemed and booked within the first six months of 2026 (10 January – 30 June 2026) and excludes New Zealand public-holiday weekends.

   • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Riverside Adventures Waikato (RAW) Conditions
   

   • The winner will receive an adventure experience of their choice with RAW, subject to availability.

   • All participants must be of suitable health and fitness and agree to follow RAW’s safety instructions and use provided equipment correctly.

   • Activities operate in most weather conditions — participants must dress appropriately.

   • RAW reserves the right to postpone or modify experiences in the event of unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

   • Participation is at your own risk. RAW is not liable for loss, damage, or injury except in cases of proven negligence by RAW or its staff.

   • Hire or participation may be refused if a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Winner Selection
   

   • The winner will be drawn at random on 5 December 2025 and notified by email or phone.

   • If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, Lime Events reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. General Conditions
   

   • By entering, participants agree to allow Lime Events to contact them regarding their enquiry and future event opportunities.

   • Lime Events may use the winner’s name and organisation for promotional purposes.

   • Lime Events reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • All decisions by Lime Events are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
